The watch is charged in a very simple way using a USB socket, e.g. on a computer or a charger. To charge the device, remove it from the silicone band and connect it to the included cable.

• The M4 Smartband is charged using the included charger from a USB socket from a laptop or computer or with a 500mah USB charger , charging time max 2 hours. please note longer charging may damage the rechargeable battery.

• Wrist sensor ( heart rate monitor , pulse oximeter, blood pressure monitor ) - The optical wrist sensor allows you to monitor your heart rate, oxygenation and blood pressure without having to wear a chest sensor strap. It is possible to monitor the heart rate around the clock, the intensity of workouts, the user gets an accurate measurement of the heart rate during a given physical activity. The results are displayed on the device, and in the app where they are also saved.

• Full Android and iOS compatibility - After pairing the wristband with a smartphone using the app, which is free and can be downloaded from the Google Play shop or App Store, we have access to analyses, statistics, reports and data from sports activities, sleep quality reports, heart rate monitor reports, blood pressure and oxygenation reports. In the app, we can create and save a user profile.

• Waterproof and dustproof housing - The M4 is IP67 certified by the manufacturer. This means that the housing of this wristband is dustproof and waterproof.

• Quick and easy strap change - It's no problem, no tools are needed to change the strap. Just remove the module and you're done. Choose your favourite strap colour or change straps to suit your mood or outfit.
