How to use as a repeller:

• The sound has an effective range of 5 metres.
• Point the repeller directly at the dog and press the Ulatrasonic button for 3-5 seconds.
• Make your exit as quickly as possible.
• If necessary, repeat this sequence.
• Note that animal behaviour is not always 100% predictable.
• You use this product entirely at your own risk.

Use as a training aid for your own dog

How to use as a training aid:

• The Audible setting can be used to re-inforce messages to your dog.
• For example, if you want to stop your dog from jumping onto the furniture, you 'punish' that behavoiur by pressing the Audible button for 3-5 seconds at a time.
• Do not put the product too close to the dog, about 2-3 metres is the right distance, and do not use the sound for more than a short burst, about 3-5 seconds.
• This way, the dog will learn to associate the 'bad' behaviour with the sound, and it will learn not to engage in this behaviour.
• You should also praise the dog for the correct behaviour.
