WHERE TO SOW
Sow the seeds thinly in shallow rows 1cm (¾") deep and 30cm (12") between the rows.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
Thin the seedlings as they appear to 15cm (6") apart. The thinned seedlings can be transplanted into a separate bed 15cm apart. As the plants grow pull and use alternate plants.
MATURITY
8-10 weeks from sowing.
HANDY TIP
Even in very limited space this variety can be used. Grow bags, large pots or window boxes give good regular crops.
NUTRITIONAL VALUE
A good source of antioxidants such as beta-carotene, lutein and vitamin C as well as vitamin K.
