WHEN TO SOW
February to April.
WHERE TO SOW
Sow in pots or trays in a good seed compost under glass at 24-25 ° C. Cover with glass or polythene to maintain humidity.
WHAT TO DO NEXT
As soon as seedlings emerge, remove the cover. When seedlings are about 4cm (1½") tall, prick off onto trays 5cm (2") apart or individually into pots. Grow on and gradually harden off before planting out 30-40cm (12-16") apart in May.
MATURITY
June Onwards.
HANDY TIP
Impatiens require regular watering. Do not overfeed as this causes lush foliage at the expense of flowers.
AFTERCARE INSTRUCTIONS
For dwarf early blooming plants grow on the dry side and do not feed.
