Fleetwood Stain Blocking KNOT Blocking Primer - 300ml

• Fleetwood Knot Blocking Primer is a low viscosity shellac based primer to be used on knotted or resinous wood to prevent staining of finish coats
• From Fleetwoods Problem Solving Paints range
• Interior, Only
• Translucent Brown Solution, Gloss Finish
• Overcoat using any Fleetwood Undercoat or Topcoat
• 300ml

Prepration:

• All surfaces should be clean, dry and free from contaminants
• New wood should be sanded prior to coating to ensure an adequate key is achieved

Application:

• Stir thoroughly before use
• Apply liberally over knots and surrounding area ensuring adequate ventilation
• Do not sand once Knotting Solution is applied

Drying Time:

• Touch Dry in 10 minutes
• Recoat in 6 hours

Coverage:

• 13m² per litre

Clean Up:

• Clean up with Methylated Spirits
