A brass hex nipple (also called a barrel nipple or coupling) provides a short threaded connector between two female BSP-threaded fittings. The hexagonal body allows a spanner or wrench to be used for tightening without risk of damaging the fitting.
Both ends are 3/4" BSP male thread, making this suitable for connecting two 3/4" female-threaded valves, fittings or appliances in plumbing, central heating, compressed air or appropriate gas installations. Brass construction provides corrosion resistance and reliable sealing with PTFE tape or thread sealant compound.
Thread size: 3/4" BSP (both ends male). Material: Brass.
Supplied as: 1 x hex nipple.
