Before use:

Remove labels and wash in hot soapy water

When poaching wipe egg cups with oil
During Use:

Cook on low to medium heat

Do not use overfill pans

Do not leave handles protruding beyond edge of hobs

Never heat an empty pan or allow to boil dry, never allow handles & knobs to be heated directly

Use only plastic or wooden utensils on a non stick surface.
After Use:

Never use metal scourers or harsh scouring powders on non stick surfaces
